Raymond C. Driscoll

RAYMOND C. DRISCOLL concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

A significant portion of Ray’s practice is devoted to representing criminal defendants who have been charged with a variety of serious felonies including aggravated assault, robbery, rape, burglary, narcotics, firearms and other weapons violations, as well as other offenses such as driving under the influence.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of A. Charles Peruto, Jr., Ray served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.  He was assigned to the Municipal Court, Juvenile, Felony Waiver, and Major Trials Units.  While assigned to the Major Trials Unit, Ray was selected to be one of two prosecutors responsible for representing the District Attorney’s Office in Philadelphia’s Gun Court.  During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, he tried numerous bench and jury trials to verdict for a range of serious felonies and misdemeanors.

Ray earned his law degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 2001. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 1998.
