Carmen DiMario has been an employee of A. Charles Peruto, Jr., Esquire since law school.  During that time, he worked on Appellate matters, including memorandums of law for Mr. Peruto, who would then argue those cases in court.

Upon graduating law school, in 2005, and being admitted to the Bar, Carmen has risen rapidly through the ranks of the Peruto Firm as the go to guy for any legal question in both complex Civil and Criminal matters.

With a vast background in computers, and the growing areas of cyberspace crime, identity theft, and fraud with computers, Carmen has been an invaluable tool in not only pointing out errors of the Government's case in a criminal prosecution, but is also a heads up attorney in the civil arena.

Mr. DiMario has won reversals in Appellate Courts and has successfully defended those accused of crimes; from the most minor offenses to serious offenses such as rape and attempted murder in State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and District of Columbia Bars as well as the Federal Courts in those jurisdictions.  Carmen DiMario is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators.
