Toni Nicole Benedetti was among the elite graduates of the Rutgers School of Law hired by Stradley Ronon Stevens and Young, LLP, where she was a civil litigator.

Prior to that, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Erminie L. Conley, Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey - Appellate Division.

While in law school, she was a legal intern for the Honorable John J. Hughes and Joseph Rodriguez, both of the Federal District Court of New Jersey.

She is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars, as well as the Federal Courts in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Benedetti serves on the Board of Directors for the Chester County Bar Foundation, is a certified arbitrator with the Court of Common Pleas, and is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association and many other organizations.

Fluent in Spanish, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Villanova University with a degree in Spanish Language and Literature.

Ms. Benedetti handles all of the domestic relations, personal injury, commercial litigation and immigration cases in the firm.
